  • Nataliia KALIUZHNA is Research Associate at TIB - Leibniz Information Centre for Science and Technology and University Library, where she works on the IDAHO project, which aims to foster more inclusive, diverse, and equitable open access culture.

    She is a PhD candidate at Kyiv National University of Culture and Arts. Prior to joining TIB, Nataliia worked at the State Scientific and Technical Library of Ukraine, where she contributed to several projects fostering Open Science practices in Ukraine. Specifically, she played a role in the development of a roadmap for applying FAIR data principles to research information in open infrastructures, coordinated formation of ORCID-Ukraine consortia and worked on the national CRIS implementation.

    Nataliia has been awarded the highly competitive Society for Scholarly Publishing (SSP) fellowship for early-career professionals in the library and scholarly publishing industry in 2023. She is NISO Plus scholarship recipient for 2024.

    Apart from her formal employment and research, Nataliia takes an active role in community activities. She is an Associate Editor at DOAJ and serves on the Society for Scholarly Publishing (SSP) Diversity, Equality, Inclusion and Accessibility Committee (DEIA).
